How Will My Money Be Refunded?
Once your return has been approved and submitted to us, and the items meet our return requirements (in perfect condition with their inside labels intact), we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued via Bank Transfer to the account details provided by you during the return process.

When Will I Receive the Refund for My Return?
After your return has been approved, you will receive a confirmation email or WhatsApp message informing you that your refund is being processed. The amount will be reimbursed to the same bank account information you provided at the time of return confirmation.

What Should I Do if the Return Amount is Incorrect?
If you believe the refund amount is incorrect, please contact us immediately. We will review the issue, and if there was an error, we will correct it. Please note that we reserve the right to refuse returns requested or sent outside the set return period, or for items that are not in the same condition as when they were received.

Do You Refund the Shipping Costs If I Return All the Items in an Order?
No, we do not refund the shipping costs. Refunds will only be processed for the value of the items returned.

Special Sales Items
Please note that items purchased during special sales or promotions will not be exchanged or refunded.
