Return & Exchange Policy

At Zanora Fashion, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a simple and easy Return & Exchange Policy.

Return & Exchange Conditions
We will gladly accept any unused, unwashed, and undamaged merchandise with its original packaging and tags for an exchange or return. The merchandise must be returned within 14 days of purchase for a refund or exchange.

Please note the following conditions:

• The items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
• Delivery charges will not be refunded.
• Return shipment charges will be paid by the customer.

How to Return or Exchange Your Item(s)
To return or exchange an item, please follow these simple steps:

1. Repack Merchandise
   Ensure that the merchandise is in its original packaging, with tags still attached, and ready for shipment.

2. Return the Merchandise
   You must return the merchandise via traceable delivery (e.g., courier or registered post) at your own expense. The return items must be shipped to the following address:

3. Refund or Exchange Processing
   Once we receive your returned items, we will process your refund or exchange request. Refunds will be processed within 7 working days from the date we receive the returned products.

Important Notes

• Shipping Costs: Delivery charges for returns will not be refunded.
• Exchanges: If you wish to exchange your item, you can select a new item(s) of equal value or higher. If the value is higher, you will need to pay the price difference.
